How many tablets can I rent?
From a handful for a small workshop to fleets for survey teams. For large numbers, give us as much notice as you can so every unit can be configured and tested before delivery.
Can I rent tablets for just one day?
Yes. One-day hire is common for workshops, conferences and exhibitions. Multi-day and monthly rates are lower per tablet per day.
Will the tablets come with our survey forms loaded?
Yes. Send us the app, the form or the server details (ODK Central, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, CommCare and others) and we install and test it on every device before hand-over.
Can the tablets be locked so participants only use our app?
Yes. We can set tablets to a single app or a limited set of apps, remove distractions and disable settings changes for the duration of the event or survey.
Do you send tablets to field teams outside Lusaka?
Yes. We dispatch to provincial towns and field sites and arrange collection at the end of the deployment.
Can we keep the tablets longer than planned?
Yes. Extensions are charged at the same rate, and we can add tablets mid-hire if your team grows.
