Is TayantPay registered for public procurement in Zambia?
Yes. Tayant Pay Technologies Limited is registered on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority e-Government Procurement platform (Supplier No. 118145) and holds current ZRA tax clearance, NAPSA and Workers' Compensation Fund certificates. Copies are on the Certifications page.
How quickly can you respond to a request for quotation?
Standard supply quotations are returned within one business day. Installations that need a site survey are quoted within three to five business days of the survey, or against the drawings and bill of quantities in the tender.
Can you supply the specific brands and models in our specification?
Yes. We source through authorised distribution for HP, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Hikvision, APC and other leading brands, and supply datasheets, warranty confirmation and serial numbers on delivery. Where the tender allows, we can propose an equivalent with a comparison table.
Do you install as well as supply?
Yes. Networking, power and energy, and security systems are installed by our own technicians and qualified electricians, tested and commissioned with documented results and as-built drawings.
Do you deliver and install outside Lusaka?
Yes. We deliver and install nationwide and have supplied multiple provincial stations for the Road Development Agency. Provincial logistics are planned per consignment and included in the quotation.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Manufacturer warranties apply in full because equipment is sourced through authorised channels. Installations carry a workmanship warranty, and maintenance contracts with defined response times are available for networks, power systems, security systems and ICT equipment.
Can you provide references and completion certificates?
Yes. We provide contactable client references, purchase orders and delivery or completion documentation for the projects in our portfolio, in the format the tender requires.
Do you offer equipment rental?
Yes. Computers, tablets and printers can be rented for a defined term, configured and asset-tagged, with replacement units for faults. We have supplied tablet rentals for programme-based field data collection.
What payment terms do you work with?
Terms follow the contract or purchase order. For public institutions we invoice on delivery or certified completion; for equipment rental we invoice per cycle. Banking details are supplied with quotations.
Are you licensed as a payment service provider?
TayantPay operates a digital-wallet and remittance platform and is advancing a Bank of Zambia payment system licence to formalise wallet and payment-gateway operations for the Zambian market.
