Rental quotations are returned within one business day. For short notice in Lusaka, call us and we will tell you straight away what we can supply.

How much does it cost to rent a tablet or laptop in Lusaka?
Rental is priced per device for the period you need, so the rate depends on the device, the quantity and the length of hire. Longer hires and larger quantities cost less per device per day. Send us the quantity and dates and we return an itemised quotation within one business day.
What is the shortest rental period?
We rent for a single day for workshops and events, and by the week or month for training programmes, surveys and engineering projects.
Do you deliver outside Lusaka?
Yes. We deliver and collect in Lusaka, and dispatch to provincial towns and field sites for surveys and projects. Transport is shown as a separate line in the quotation.
Can you install our apps and survey forms before delivery?
Yes. We load your apps, survey forms (ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, CommCare and similar), user accounts, Wi-Fi settings or a software image before hand-over, so devices are ready to use on arrival.
What happens if a device breaks during the hire?
Tell us and we replace it. Normal faults are covered; loss, theft or physical damage are handled under the terms set out in the rental agreement.
Do you rent to NGOs, companies and individuals?
We rent to NGOs and development programmes, government institutions, companies, consultancies, training providers and event organisers.
