Account Mangament

  • To upgrade to a Platinum account, navigate to the "Account Upgrade" section and follow the instructions to submit the required additional documents. Our admin team will review these documents and process the upgrade.

Adding Recipient

  • While initiating a transfer, a modal will prompt you to input the recipient's basic information, including their name, email, phone number, and their location.
  • To add a recipient, you need to provide their complete name, valid email address, active phone number, and their country of residence.
  • Our system currently allows the addition of one recipient per transaction. If you need to send money to multiple recipients, separate transactions will be required.
  • Recipients' basic information is verified at the time of addition to ensure accuracy in the transaction. However, additional verification might be required for certain recipients based on security protocols.
  • Once the transaction is completed, the recipient will receive a notification via email or SMS (if provided) confirming the transfer and providing instructions on how to receive the funds.
  • Not yet, our system allows you to add recipients when doing the transaction, you can always specify the recipient information when initiating a transaction.
